We are looking for an Enrollment Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s managers.
The Enrollment Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, supporting the administration team and preparing reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
