Sales Retention Specialist

A convincing approach, good client connection skills, and a love for sales are all necessary for success as a retention specialist. Retention experts frequently communicate with clients over the phone or in zoom meetings. They must often find quick solutions to the challenges they encounter.

The Perfect Fit

We are searching for a dynamic Sales Retention Specialist that will connect with customers, in order to increase loyalty. Ultimately assisting us in retaining our core client base. In this position, you will interact directly with our customers to understand their challenges, assist them to overcome obstacles in order successfully complete their program objectives while fulfilling the financial obligations of their purchase.


Do You Have This Experience?

  • Worked in a culture that was fast-paced

  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable position
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer and sales representative communication.
  • Observing and analyzing client behavior.
  • Gathering information about customer complaints.
  • Using client input to develop effective retention strategies.
  • Customers are being negotiated with in order to retain their program purchase and comply with contractual financial obligations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to discuss ways to keep customers.
  • Ability to report on client behavior - retention rates; cancellation reasons
  • Developing positive customer and business associate relationships.

This is a full-time salaried position - Range $45-65K per year pending experience level
