Focus on creating compelling visuals that boost engagement and sales, while continuously integrating the latest design trends to keep our campaigns at the forefront of digital marketing.

We are looking for a full-time Creative Designer for our Marketing team!

The Role

As our Creative Designer, you'll be pivotal in conceptualizing, researching, and developing, eye-catching designs that resonate with our audience and align with our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You’ll stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in design to keep us on the cutting edge.

 

Your work will focus on developing creative assets that drive high engagement and conversion rates for social media ads, funnels (landing pages, checkout pages, upsells), banners, eBooks, presentations, and design templates.

 

You’ll collaborate with the advertising team to get feedback on creative assets and use data-driven insights to improve performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is ideal, but your experience and portfolio are what will truly shine for us.

 

Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing design, especially for funnels and platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

 

Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced skills in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Keen understanding of the latest trends in social media advertising and sales funnels with the ability to apply these insights to creative design work.
  • Deep understanding of conversion design and direct response marketing principles.
  • Has developed ads for a variety of ad platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, Bing Ads, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest (at least a few of them).
  • Basic understanding of working with HTML/CSS (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and audiences.
  • A whiz at multitasking and time management.
  • Experience in Digital Asset Management.
  • A creative mind that’s always bubbling with new, innovative ideas.
  • The ability to produce exceptional work under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce innovative and engaging designs. A portfolio showcasing your work is required.

 

Compensation: $70,000 per year
