The bridging sales and marketing efforts, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with Institute goals by overseeing and providing strategies for the operational aspects of both Sales and Marketing departments.

Position Strategic Focus:

Overall, the strategic focus of the Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst is to seamlessly integrate sales and marketing efforts, enhancing business performance and fostering deeper customer engagement. By designing and implementing operational processes that bridge these two critical functions, they aim to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with Institute objectives. They will cultivate a collaborative environment between sales and marketing teams, ensuring effective lead management and a unified customer journey.

 

  • Design and implement operational processes that bridge sales and marketing efforts, improving business performance and customer engagement.
  • Review, monitor, and adjust key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and marketing departments, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management and a unified customer journey throughout the sales experience.
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end process of lead generation, segmentation, and conversion into sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business rules and criteria for lead generation and qualification, and sales opportunity creation and distribution to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Clean-up contacts, leads and opportunity records within the CRM to ensure data congruence.
  • Conduct an in-depth audit of our current sales and marketing workflows and make improvements to meet departmental objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess operational performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions for business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution for lead management.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Track the lifecycle of leads from acquisition through conversion, providing regular insights to both the sales and marketing teams, as well as senior management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure operational practices are in line with company policies and are optimized for maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct regular process reviews to ensure alignment with departmental needs and goals.

 

Do You Have:

  • 5 years of experience serving as an Operations Analyst
  • Proven expertise in business operations with a focus on marketing and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to increase revenue in sales and marketing departments.
  • A deep in-depth understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into consumable and actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving attitude, capable of operating and building efficient business processes.
  • Experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Detail-oriented: Be able to take a complex project with many moving parts and organize the pieces, move tasks forward, and prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptionally Well-organized: Able to assess, prioritize, and manage competing deliverables in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - both for deliverables specific to this role and inter-departmental.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain total confidentiality regarding data, information, and plans accessible by means of this position
  • While working remotely, you must be able to work consistent hours and have a distraction-free work environment
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively - oral and written and be able to create solutions in challenging situations
  • Efficient: must be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • High Integrity: Must maintain high integrity in all work and communications – be willing to learn and work in alignment with company values

 

Compensation:

This is a full-time position paying $90-$95k depending on experience.

 

Tools Proficiency:

Must be proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Must be proficient with Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

 

**Experience in creating direct response marketing and revenue analytic metrics required.
