Position Strategic Focus:
Overall, the strategic focus of the Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst is to seamlessly integrate sales and marketing efforts, enhancing business performance and fostering deeper customer engagement. By designing and implementing operational processes that bridge these two critical functions, they aim to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with Institute objectives. They will cultivate a collaborative environment between sales and marketing teams, ensuring effective lead management and a unified customer journey.

Compensation:
This is a full-time position paying $90-$95k depending on experience.
Tools Proficiency:
Must be proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Must be proficient with Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
**Experience in creating direct response marketing and revenue analytic metrics required.
