Do You Have This Past Experience?

  • Admin background: Organizing office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for executives or teams.
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining records and databases accurately.
  • Greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls or messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Providing assistance and support to clients, customers, or colleagues.

This is a full-time salaried position. Working Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, 8 am  - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm pacific
