Position Summary

The Health & Well-Being Concierge will report to the Director of Health & Well-Being and work directly with clients supporting them (acting as their cheerleader and accountability partner) as they participate in a variety of programs.  Additionally, you will attend live classes, events and 5 Day Challenges (or other marketing initiatives) and serve as a Zoom Host, maintain social media accounts for programs and track RSVPs for events.

 

Principle Accountabilities & Deliverables

  • Initiate Welcome & Orientation Calls for all Newly enrolled Program Clients

    • Lead with love & care, make them feel welcome and thrilled for their future results. Establish relationships with clients and support their commitment to the program from the beginning

    • Be a source of information and encouragement with regards to training requirements

    • Ensure they can access their program materials

  • Order Welcome Gifts

  • Inbound and Outbound communication via email, text, phone or WhatsApp

    • Be primary point of contact for Client Support - make outbound calls to each eligible client at least once per month

    • Accountability & Cheerleading: Celebration of Accomplishments/Encouragement

      • Phone Calls/Text Messages for Important Milestones

    • Seed Next Steps and Opportunity Programs/Evolution 

  • Serve as point of contact between clients and the founder of Health & Well-Being Division, and the different departments within Brave Thinking Institute

  • Manage Event Communications with clients:

  • Serve as Zoom host for certain live class deliverables

  • Attend all Live Virtual Classes, 5 Day Challenges and Trainings as client support staff (note that any weekend work with rewarded with proportional comp time)

  • Monitoring and management of multiple Facebook and Social Media Groups (including 5 Day Challenges)

    • Regular content posting

    • Respond to client posts

    • Respond to direct messages

    • Post event reminders 

    • Make sure group members are in compliance with Terms & Conditions

  • Organize end of month reporting for Director of Health & Well-Being

 

Education / Experience

  • Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service or Client Support

  • Experience with both in-person and virtual events (hybrid is a bonus)

 

Skills / Functional Competencies

  • Work in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail including - organizationally as well as  grammar, syntax and spelling

  • Learn quickly - Ability to work with or learn to work with multiple platforms

  • Meet deadlines

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

  • Asana Task Management System (or similar + ability to learn immediately)

  • Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive

  • Communication Tools - Google Meet, Zoom

  • Social Media Proficient; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X.

  • Sales and Online Marketing experience preferred

  • Must have a distraction free work environment with no background noise

  • Professional and mature

  • Ability to travel for events (as needed) and support multi-day events virtually

 

Work Environment

 

  • Home office (remote) 

  • Regular business hours 8:30am - 5:30pm; minimum 40 hours per week

  • Nights & Weekends as needed for events/classes 

  • Live in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone

 

Compensation: $50,000 annually
