This includes writing high-impact email copy for both broadcasts and automated sequences (e.g., product promotions, content updates, engagement emails) in the context of personal transformation and coaching certification programs. You'll focus on blending direct response copywriting techniques with content that focuses on the brand's core values, ultimately driving sales, increasing engagement, and nurturing customer relationships.
As an Email Marketing Copywriter, you will play a key role in crafting email content that resonates deeply with our audience—primarily those interested in personal transformation and pursuing coaching certification. Your work will include writing product promos, podcast and content notices, and engagement-driven emails, all while using direct response copywriting to drive conversions and reinforce the transformational journey our audience is on. You’ll be responsible for both broadcast campaigns and automated sequences, ensuring each email speaks to the audience’s emotional and professional aspirations while maximizing revenue potential.
Craft persuasive email copy for all types of email campaigns, including product promotions, launch sequences, nurture sequences, cart abandonment, and content updates, focusing on personal transformation and coaching certification.
Focus on driving conversions, whether through direct sales or increased engagement, by writing copy that speaks to the aspirations, emotional needs, and professional growth of individuals on a personal and transformative journey.
Tailor email messaging to various audience segments and stages of the customer journey, ensuring that each email encourages action—whether that's making a purchase, signing up for a program, or continuing their personal growth journey.
Leverage direct response copywriting techniques to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, ensuring that every email drives measurable business results and deepens the audience's connection with the brand.
Craft content-focused emails (e.g., podcast updates, value based content, event invitations) that foster audience engagement and build deeper relationships with our subscribers.
Use storytelling and personalization techniques to deepen engagement with our community, while ensuring that emails feel personal, relevant, and valuable to the reader.
Develop email campaigns that keep the audience informed and connected with the brand’s latest content, news, and offerings.
Analyze performance data (open rates, CTRs, conversions) to assess the effectiveness of email campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Test and iterate on email subject lines, copy variations, and call-to-action strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and results.
Collaborate with the analytics team to create actionable insights and refine copy based on real-time performance metrics.
Work closely with the rest of the Monetization Team to ensure that all email campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
Brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas for email content, promotions, and customer journeys that keep our email campaigns innovative and compelling.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, email best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our email marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and effective.

Experience writing email copy for monetization-focused campaigns (product promotions, sales sequences) specifically within the coaching or personal transformation industry is strongly preferred
Proven ability to create compelling email content that balances persuasion with value delivery and aligns with the transformational journey of our audience.
Familiarity with email performance metrics and A/B testing methodologies to continuously optimize copy for conversions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is ideal, but relevant experience and portfolio are most important.
