The Email Campaign Automation Specialist is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing automated email workflows that support lead nurturing and conversion. As part of the Monetization Team, you will work collaboratively to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across our tech stack, using Maropost, Zoho, and Keap to deliver targeted, high-impact campaigns. Your role also involves setting up segmentation strategies, managing integrations, and optimizing performance through continuous testing and data analysis to maximize engagement and conversions.
1. Email Campaign Development & Execution
Build and configure automated email workflows, from initial setup to ongoing optimization, within Maropost, Zoho, and Keap.
Collaborate with the Monetization Team, including strategists and copywriters, to ensure email content is effectively integrated into automated journeys.
2. Platform Management & Integration
Manage and integrate email workflows across Maropost, Zoho, and Keap, ensuring seamless automation with our CRM, website, and other marketing tools.
3. Data-Driven Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) to refine strategies and improve results.
Implement A/B testing and segmentation to optimize performance and enhance audience engagement.
4. Lead Nurturing & Segmentation
Create advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalized email communications based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
Ensure effective lead nurturing and scoring to maximize conversions through tailored email journeys.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the Monetization Team, including strategists and copywriters, to align on campaign goals and ensure accurate execution.
Provide technical insights and support to ensure campaigns run smoothly across the team.
Experience: 3-5+ years in email marketing automation, especially with Maropost, Keap, Zoho
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in configuring and optimizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Data-Driven: Proven experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and analyzing campaign data to optimize performance.
Efficiency & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure precision in campaign execution.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
