Full-Time Programs Department - Testimonial Coordinator (Telecommute)

Led by bestselling author and celebrated transformational teacher Mary Morrissey, we’re on the lookout for an amazing Testimonial Coordinator to join our team and help bring our clients' stories to life.

 

Position Summary The Testimonial Coordinator will support the Content Production and Marketing teams by identifying, curating, and managing testimonials that highlight the transformational impact of Brave Thinking Institute’s programs. You will collaborate across departments to create testimonial-based content that inspires engagement and supports enrollment and marketing initiatives.

 

Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables

Testimonial Curation and Management

  • Collaborate with clients to script and curate compelling testimonials that reflect their transformational journeys.
  • Identify and engage new testimonial candidates through program surveys, client interactions, and events.
  • Organize and facilitate preparation sessions to empower clients to authentically share their stories.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for clients to articulate their growth and experiences.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of testimonials for use in marketing, programs, enrollment, and events.

Content and Event Support

  • Develop and refine testimonial-based content for use in live and virtual events.
  • Work closely with the Events and Programs teams to seamlessly integrate testimonials into event schedules and materials.
  • Coordinate testimonial recordings, including scheduling, participant preparation, and managing technical needs.

Marketing and Enrollment Support

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to leverage testimonials across social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Assist in crafting messaging that aligns with Brave Thinking principles and enrollment objectives.
  • Track the performance of testimonials in driving engagement and conversions, providing regular feedback to the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with project managers, faculty, and event producers to align testimonial initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative uses for testimonials.
  • Provide creative input to enhance the storytelling aspects of presentations and marketing materials.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or event coordination.
  • Experience in personal development or coaching industries is a plus.
