Job Overview:

The Data Insights & Events Marketing Manager is responsible for gathering and analyzing KPIs related to the performance of our marketing campaigns, including live launches/events and evergreen automations. You will also execute on launch/event tasks supporting our team in running seamless experiences for our audience. Finally, you will research industry trends and competitor strategies on conversion mechanisms to bring fresh ideas and emerging best practices to the table, helping to inform strategies for Senior Management that will guide future marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Live Launch / Event Execution:

  • Execute live launch and event tasks to ensure smooth delivery and optimized performance.
  • Track and monitor key performance metrics during live launches, including conversion rates, traffic sources, engagement metrics, and show-up rates.

KPI Tracking & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking KPIs across all department-wide campaigns and initiatives, ensuring senior leadership can easily see funnel performance at a glance.
  • Track data across the entire funnel, from lead generation and opt-in through to sales conversion and post-purchase behavior (e.g., paid ad traffic, organic platform engagement, opt-in conversions, VSL engagement, email open rates, CTR, lead conversion rates, and ROI).

Data Insights & Market Research:

  • Monitor ongoing performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations based on insights from patterns and trends in the data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging conversion strategies (e.g., webinars, VSLs, automated funnels), and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Synthesize market research to bring forward potential launch/event topics, bonus/VIP package ideas, and positioning angles that would resonate with the target audience.
