🚀 The Role
Support the Chief Sales Officer of Brave Thinking Institute—a top-tier personal development and coaching company—as a right hand, sounding board, gatekeeper, and strategic executor. You’ll manage the CSO’s schedule, communications, team accountability, and travel, while also contributing to internal and external content projects. Think: executive ghostwriting, meeting notes that read like a TED Talk, and a sharp eye for messaging that matches the moment.
✅ What You’ve Done (Must-Haves)
· 5+ years supporting C-level or high-output execs in a remote or hybrid setup
· A portfolio of content (Social content post, LinkedIn posts, decks, etc.)
· Mastered the calendar chaos, scheduling with confidence and foresight
· Managed email, task follow-through, and handled confidential information
· Anticipated needs like a chess master—always 3 moves ahead
· Owned cross-functional task wrangling and deadline tracking
· Handled event logistics (travel, agendas, expenses) with polish
· Created or contributed to content (emails, memos, decks, social posts, internal comms)
· Worked in sales-driven teams or with sales execs directly
· Have deep personal experience or passion for personal development
⚙️ You’re Skilled In
· Google Workspace + Microsoft Office
· Fast-paced digital communication (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
· Learning new platforms quickly and independently
· Working 100% remotely with a reliable, distraction-free setup
🕒 Work Details
· Hours: 8am–5pm PT (Non-Negotiable)
· Location: Remote (U.S. only)
· Must be legal to work in the U.S.
